This scene has a great use of lighting, enough for some good looking shadows but not too much so it would appear to be lit naturally. I like that you've used two easily contrastable characters that can be matched by their gear (They both have a plushie type misc item, both have a Santa hat) which was quite clever. I love the way you've set out the scene with the characters in the foreground, the pile of presents setting more of a holiday mood in the background, and you did a great job of not cluttering up the scene by having everything positioned that way. The only negative thing I'd point out is that the Fem-Scout's smile looks a bit... off. I know that sometimes it's hard to find the right facial 'muscles' in a model to get the expression you want, but It feels like it could've had a little work.
Overall, it's a really nice moment posed relatively well with some excellent scenery. I always liked the simple approach where only what's necessary is in the shot and not too much of the regular map is shown.
P.S, this is my first Critique: I have no idea what I'm doing. Please don't kill me!
P.P.S, I've never seen that model of the Fem-Scout, or the BLU skin of the Santa hat. Nice!
